The plan for the new community centre sounds amazing. If all the proposals go through, this could be a real boost to our neighborhood.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if the City of Toronto could get on board with this plan and channel the funds designated for both the skating oval and gym-addition towards this ambitious and creative project? It seems a waste of taxpayer money to build a small gym, and a skating oval that will only be in use on a limited basis. In difficult economic times, our leaders need to set aside their personal agendas and work in concert for the benefit of their community.
